Rebuild a Vintage Bottom Bracket Tube. Duration : 13.93 Mins.

This video will show how to rebuild a vintage external bearing bottom bracket on your mountain bike or road bike. The bike in the video is a 1982 Schwinn 26" MTB that has been set up with a single speed flip flop rear wheel. I know the video is a little long, but I could not find anything on line that was as detailed as I wanted so I hope this helps those looking for the same. How to fix your motorcycle petcock without a rebuild kit

How to fix your motorcycle petcock without a rebuild kit Tube. Duration : 14.50 Mins.

This is a very simple procedure detailing how to restore a petcock without having to purchase any new parts. This procedure can be almost universally applied to any motorcycle petcock, and very often results in a lasting repair. In theory, this repair should not be necessary if your floats are adjusted properly and your float needles are in good repair and make good seals, however there is a lot wrong with this bike, and honestly I just sort of want to get it running at the moment as quickly as possible. If you have any questions about this procedure, please do not hesitate to contact me. Also, check out all of my other backyard motorcycle how-to videos!

honda cr 85 top end rebuild how to

honda cr 85 top end rebuild how to Video Clips. Duration : 7.47 Mins.

this is an 04 honda cr 85. most single cylinder 2 strokes will be very similar but i recomend you get a service manual for your specific bike. the ring gap measurement is in milimeters by the way. make sure you line your ring gap up with the locator pin on the piston. you will need a torque wrench, a ratchet with 12mm socket, a pick for the circlip, a rubber hammer, feeler guage and a small file. parts needed are a piston, ring, wrist pin, wrist pin bearing, head gasket base gasket and circlips. after you rebuild the motor you need to heat cycle it 3-5 times before you ride it. to heat cycle you need to warm the bike up to operating temperature then let it cool down completely. For the people who are rating this video down, let me know what needs to be done to make it better. I have never made a video like this before. I just needed to rebuild the motor so I decided to film it.
